ASINScope Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in our service at asinscope.com.

Our order process and payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (paddle.com). Paddle is the reseller of our products, appears as the seller on your receipt and card statement, and handles billing, tax, and refunds on our behalf. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases, as described below.

Points Packages

If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a full refund of a points package within 30 calendar days of the purchase date, provided the purchased points have not been used.

If you have used only a small portion of the points to evaluate the service, contact us — we may still issue a full or partial refund at our discretion. Points from a refunded package are removed from your account once the refund is processed.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Purchases made more than 30 calendar days ago
  • Points that have already been spent on conversions or lookups
  • Free points granted upon sign-up or as a bonus

We encourage customers to start with the free points provided upon sign up, and then try the smallest package to ensure the service meets their needs before placing larger orders.

Subscription Payments

If you are not satisfied with an API subscription, you can request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase. Renewal payments are refundable within 14 calendar days of the renewal charge, provided the API has not been used during the new billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:

  • You will not be charged again
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • Except as described above, we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused time

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team and we will review the case.

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction without giving a reason, unless you have expressly consented to immediate supply of the digital service and started using it. This right is honored by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.

This Refund Policy does not limit any rights you may have under Paddle's Buyer Terms or under applicable consumer-protection law.
