You are eligible for a full reimbursement of a single $5 package within 7 calendar days of your purchase. After the 7-day period, you will no longer be eligible and will not be able to receive a refund.

We do not provide refunds for:

• Any packages larger than $5
• Any subsequent points purchases
• Unused points
• Points purchased more than 7 days ago

We encourage customers to start with the free points provided upon sign up, and then try the smallest $5 package to ensure the service meets their needs before placing larger orders.

Subscription Payments

Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:

• You will not be charged again
• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused time
